  • Running Form Analysis: If you can run on the treadmill, we’ll utilize our advanced slow-motion video capture to identify any underlying issues with your running form. This enables us to address form-related concerns for a more efficient, injury-free running experience.
  • A Plan Made For You: By the end of our session, you’ll have a crystal-clear understanding of how we can get you back on track toward your running goals. We’ll provide you with a roadmap tailored to your needs and answer any questions you have.
  • Detailed Summary: After your session, you’ll receive a comprehensive email summarizing our discussion and links to videos showcasing the specific corrective exercises and drills that we discussed in the clinic.
  • Ongoing Support: We’re here for you even after you leave. We’re committed to ensuring your success.

Not a runner, but having pain that is keeping you from exercising? Is your pain keeping you from sleeping well, reaching to a high cabinet, or even bending forward? We offer physical therapy for you too!

We start by having a thorough conversation covering your injury history, when your current pain/injury began, how it affects your activity, and what your goals are. Then, we will work through a systematic physical exam to determine our approach to your condition.

Taking all of the information we have gathered, we create a plan specifically for you. You will receive a summary of this plan and links to specific exercises via email after our appointment. If appropriate we will also schedule subsequent appointments to help nail your plan!

Lastly, we are available by email between appointments to answer questions promptly. Let’s work together to finally get rid of what has been holding you back.

  • At the end of the session, we will review our findings and how you can start making improvements immediately. If appropriate, we can also schedule a 1-on-1 follow-up training session(s) to progress your plan.
  • After this session, you will receive a comprehensive email summarizing our discussion and links to videos showcasing the specific corrective exercises and drills that we touched on in your session.
  • We are here for you even after you leave. You can email us with any questions or concerns. You are now part of The Stride Shop!

Whether you are an athlete, fitness enthusiast, or just looking to start your exercise journey we can help with a physical evaluation and plan.

Let’s get clear about where you are starting and where you want to go. We will explore your exercise history, what you currently do, and what your goals are. After a physical exam to detect your areas for improvement, we will create a plan to prevent injury, improve your strength, and take your performance to new heights. If appropriate, we can also schedule a 1-on-1 follow-up training session(s) to progress your plan.

After we finish our appointment, we will email you a detailed summary of your plan and links to videos of the exercises that we identified to propel your fitness forward!

Let’s improve your running form and efficiency with our treadmill gait analysis. We will spend 2 hours together talking about your running, training, medical history, goals, and going through a physical exam from head to toe. We will go through running-specific movement tests and a treadmill running analysis using advanced Runscribe technology. Our running experts will analyze all of your data to create a plan and elaborate report to convey the findings. Most importantly, you will get personalized running cues and drills that will help to optimize your running!
